I completely understand, @djones1956 and we did extend our return policy temporarily to 90-days and it is outside of that time frame as well.
If you’re just missing the pulls, I am sure any crafts store that sells sewing items will have zipper pull replacements available.

Hi @djones1956, I see that this particular order was purchased as “As Is.” With this particular item, there may be some defects for it. Since you’ve purchased this item on 3/18/2020, it sadly is outside of our return time frame.
