Hi @julie1231, I’d be more than happy to check on the return for you. Did you use the easy return label that came with the item to return it or did you have a label reprinted?

Hi @debhlynn7 & @loreleis you’re very welcome. We are working with our Arcade vendor to get an updated version of the games that run Flash. Fingers crossed we do get them sooner rather than later. Regarding the puzzle, I can only speculate the scores posted are from those who play on their mobile devices. I believe that you can access a mobile version on a PC desktop, but you may have to google how to do so. I’ll keep an eye on any updates and provide them as soon as I can.
