Hi @woody327, I understand your concern regarding the billing for the butterfly bushes and apologize for the extremely delayed response. We don’t bill a customer for an item until it ships. This is also the case with our seasonal items like plants. Plants ship based on the zone you live in, so naturally, customers in Florida will receive their plants sooner rather than later due to weather conditions. We put an extended delivery date in our system to prevent the order from autocanceling. I hope this helps!
