I’ve also sent a return label to the email address we have on file to return the original item. The fee associated with the label has been waived.

However, this is outside of our return time frame and as the items air and on all product pages, there is a disclaimer that all plants ship based on hardiness zones, and that they would come prior to the expected delivery date set in our system.

As a courtesy, I have issued a refund into Spendable Ka$h. You can use it on a future purchase before it expires on 5/27/2023.
