I can’t apologize enough for this extremely delayed response @pattyca77. I definitely understand your frustration and am so sorry that we dropped the ball on communication regarding the return label for the return of the incorrect iPad. Due to this experience, do you mind sending us an email to HSNSocialCare@hsn.com with the amount you paid for postage and we’d be more than happy to request reimbursement for it. I see that you communicated with us on 1/12 and they noted the tracking info. You should see your refund within 8 days, but if you don’t see your refund by 1/20, please feel free to post here and we can get that process started.

Sorry for the delayed response, @butters009. I see that our system automatically sent a request to your financial institution regarding the authorization. The time frame to see the funds available is dependent upon your financial institutions release of funds policy.
