Hi @tcw67! I am sorry for this delayed response. I see that your return is on its way back to the warehouse. I also see that you’ve done digital exchanges and those replacements and usually those get processed to be sent out before we receive the original item.

Hi @rubydee, I am sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused. I took a look and see that the 15NOW coupon is registered to your account. The coupon can be used on only one item and can only be used once by its recipient and is valid for selected customers only. This coupon is valid for $15 off your purchase of $15 or more from HSN.COM or HSN Mobile. So, if you had more than one item in your shopping bag, it wouldn’t work. Also, the item has to be $15 or more before taxes & shipping.
