Hi @undawnted, while they are the same cutting board, they are different configurations. You ordered the Today’s Special at the time which was the cutting board plus the coasters set. The item you are referencing is just the cutting board, no coasters.

I really am sorry for the stress and anxiety that this has caused, @dena57. I have sent an electronic request to your financial institution regarding the authorizations on your account. The time frame as to when the funds become available is dependent upon your financial institutions release of funds policy.
