I share your concern and apologize that your order was canceled, @alisonnn! After reviewing your account, we were unable to verify the method of payment used and another issue is that international cards are unable to be accepted at this time. Thank you for the update, @ashly3! I’m truly sorry that you’re still not seeing these refunds. I’ve reviewed these charges and can confirm that they have been released. Most were released on 7/22, however, one of the orders was just released yesterday, 7/28. I also see notes where this was updated yesterday. Although the funds and authorization hold have been released, it can take up to 72 hours to see those funds back in your account.
