Hello, never ordered from hsn via website. I made an account, placed my order, everything seemed fine.
I applied for hsn card and it was approved. But the order was cancelled with no explanation. I call CS and this nasty lady that took the call said I needed to call Account verification. This dept doen’t send any emails, So time goes by and I have a useless card that only harmed my credit score w a had pull.
