I agree. Stop issuing coupons that you do not honor. I tried using the celebrate coupon. I went through the entire checkout process where it showed the $30 discount with the reduced pricing. I submitted the order. I was billed for the full amount. The order has already shipped so I can not cancel it. I called customer service and that was a waste of time.

I agree. Also, there seem to be fewer craft days throughout the year. I still think they are going to get rid of craft days completely.

I have noticed that too. I think they will eventually phase out crafts completely. There are fewer crafts being presented and most months, no crafts at all.

I agree. That was a poor excuse for a craft day. Crafts were an hour or two sprinkled throughout the regular program day. I look for them to cut back more and crafting days.
