Happy Spring to you too, DelrayLaw. I appreciate your comments about my reviews. Like you, I read the reviews before buying anything. When a reviewer says something about the fit or the quality or the color, it helps with making a decision about a purchase. I will look for your reviews as I’m guessing that you like straight talk too.

Absolutely. I agree that we should voice our complaints. But when a company continues to not listen or care, it’s time to move on.

Thank you, Angela for the courteous reply. I do appreciate that. What has caused me to be” mad as heck” is that this has happened to me twice with MW’s line. The last CS rep with whom I spoke insisted that she would let the right people know about the listing being incorrect.
That wasn’t done. Now it happened again. It’s hard to rely on the info given if is incorrect not once but twice. This line isn’t cheap, so I expect reliable information. I have already packed up the pants and will stick with Guiliana who has similar pants with pockets. Thanks again and I will use the return label sent to me. -
This is the second time this order has been cancelled. It would be great to get ot as I have the pants and would like to complete the set. thank you for letting me know.

to allow time for exchanges and reorders when I purchase items from HSN as sizing has been an issue. -

It’s more than doing someone else’s job. It’s importance of doing one’s own job with responsibility. Sometimes people don’t even realize what they’re doing as no one has ever told them how to do it. Yes, I have a printer, Mookie457, and it’s good to be reminded about that. Thank you.
