If you are returning the speaker because you think it won’t be as powerful because it’s smaller, that might not be the case. When I was married, my husband insisted on getting a 4 or 5 speaker ‘home cinema’ system and got speakers that were small in size as a compromise because I didn’t want them. They were very loud. He was watching a film about the battle of Waterloo and it sounded like we were in the middle of the battle, with cannons going off so loudly you had to cover your ears..

The same exact thing with me, with the exception that I had a multiple use coupon a couple of months ago that more than paid for or almost paid for the shipping, so I bought a few things then, but I would rather spend my money elsewhere where the prices are usually lower and the customer service people care about putting things right if and when the occasion arises and perhaps most importantly where I feel like I and my purchases matter because I certain!y don’t feel like a valued (former) hsn customer. I reckon they must think that there are plenty more where I came from,so they don’t need all the money I used to spend with them, and it was a lot, easily several hundreds every craft day. Now I spend nothing and haven’t watched it since before March.

You’re welcome. I’ve got spectrum for the internet only. It used to be time warner cable, but spectrum took it over. I don’t have cable tv and have never had it where I am now, and there’s plenty for me to watch without it.
