How can you say that? But HSN love their customers. I know that because they said so. Didn’t it used to say that at the bottom of every listing? It’s not there now, though. Their actions say it all, not their hypocritical words. That was a pretty devious thing to do on craft day, but I’d anticipated that from their previous actions. I’ve noticed the same thing as the other poster, and I’ve stopped buying craft items everywhere now, but if I were going to buy anything I would wait for a free shipping day as well.

I’m glad to see at least one person other than myself price checks. I don’t even watch hsn or qvc any more, although I sometimes look at the websites, and I’ve always price checked and comparison shopped anyway. I don’t believe all of the hype, and with the internet there is really no excuse not to check prices and products elsewhere. I can’t believe how many people seem to want to buy something only from a shopping channel.

I think you’d do better by contacting hsn corporate headquarters than posting this here. Contact info can be easily googled.

You can resize it on bulkresizephotos .

Sucress is stevia, a natural sweetener, but not everybody likes it. It only takes a little and if you take too much it can taste bad. I don’t use Sucress, but I do use stevia.
AL lost all credibility with me by using, and continuing to use, 2 artificial sweeteners, acesulfame potassium and sucralose, in some of his products.

If you’ve been using the product for years, why are the contents of the packets such a mystery? Don’t you know after years of taking them what is in the packets by now?

I don’t watch hsn, but I have bought some clothing from their website and had to send everything back due to poor quality and fit. I went by their measurement charts, but apparently they didn’t go by those same charts when they made the garments, and the fabrics were mostly cheap and thin with no give in them. I also bought a few dresses from qvc and thought the quality and fit were a lot better, and although I could have worn the size I ordered I did exchange them for the next smaller size and thought they looked better without the extra fabric and have kept them.

If you ordered online, you wouldn’t have to worry about any of that, and it’s much faster.

Yes, I do, and there’s not just the shipping but the nearly 10% tax where I am as well as tax on the shipping, which hsn add on. Some of those products are now starting at over $40 before adding the rest on, and can end up at over $50. I don’t think they’re worth that much money. I have a lot of DP products, mostly from when they were better value, and their affordability was one of their main selling points.
It’s not just DP, though. Anna Griffin’s new Hanukkah Card Kit would end up costing almost $80 all in to make only 20 cards, which I think is ridiculous. I can remember when her card kits cost about $25 to $30 before shipping & tax. The Hanukkah one is about $66 before shipping & tax.
They are pricing themselves out of business, at least for me they are. I’ve got too much stuff as it is and should be getting rid of some of it, not buying more.

Patience is a virtue. A few days wait for anything, especially a purchase, is such a petty thing to rail about.

I got tired of those poacher inserts sticking and being so hard to clean and bought a little egg cooker that I use for poaching eggs that is so easy to use and clean and didn’t cost much, $14.99 at target at the time. I think mine might be a Dash but other companies make them. Mine is small but they do bigger ones.

All you have to do is tell them what happened and ask them for a refund, they’ve been pretty good about that sort of thing in my experience, or would you just rather complain about how awful they are?

The sizing is way off on the DG2 TS jeggings from a few days ago. I ordered the size according to the measurements given and they are much too big. I could probably size down a couple of sizes, maybe more, and I don’t mean within the so-called trifit, I mean by actual pairs of jeggings. The fit is off as well. The back is too low, the front is too high, to the point where it seems like they are almost backwards, and maybe that is because they are much too big. I can’t leave a review yet because I have to wait 5 days. I don’t need 5 days to know how wrong these are, and everything is fresh in my mind right now.

None of that explains why Diamond Press’s prices on their website are much cheaper than on hsn. They don’t have everything, but what they do have is cheaper.

I was confused about the 30 day returns so I asked hsn. You have actually got 60 days from the date of placing the order, 30 days of which to try the item, and the other 30 days to receive it and for hsn to receive it back.
