I agree. Companies do think everyone in the world is on facebook, but I’m not and have no intention of ever joining. The information should be on their webpage. I used to get bombarded by emails from Crafter’s Companion every single day, but haven’t heard from them for months now.

I’ve got all of them. I think you might mean Special Someone because it’s got husband, son, brother stamps, and the last two were You Mean So Much to Me and It’s the Thought that Counts. If those aren’t the ones, list the ones you have.

You’ve mentioned QVC. I don’t know about QVC, but on HSN when it says processing you can cancel because I’ve done it multiple times. It’s when it says packaging that they won’t let you cancel.

If you buy more than one item at the same time and they do like they’ve done to me and other people, HSN are already making money on shipping by putting everything into one box and sending it all together.
I don’t think HSN kept the original shipping on extended returns last year. I sent quite a few things back in the same box, and I don’t think it was within 30 days, and I got the original shipping back. They really will be making a lot of money back this year if they keep the original shipping.
I love the way they say how much they love and care about their customers whilst doing actions that indicate the opposite. They must think their customers are not very bright. (The word I wanted to use would be deleted.)
