It’s the opposite in England. Card making came first, scrapbooking later. Hsn is not the only place to buy anything. Scrapbooking stuff is online elsewhere.

They’re not good at replying. They’re usually slow if they reply at all. I have heard back perhaps 50% of the time, and it appears that their cs doesn’t ask questions of other departments if they don’t know the answer. Very poor over all in my experience.

I’m glad you saw it. I didn’t realise they’d remove the most useful part of my post, or any part of it. It doesn’t look like they want to be helpful. I’m sorry to say that doesn’t come as much of a surprise.

You’re welcome. I’m happy to be of help. And I forgot to mention that I tried out the 12 x 18 inch plates with the gemini pro, and that really opened up more scope than just the 12 x 12 inch ones that come with the machine. I flipped and rotated all of the plates except the magnetic shim like I do with my original gemini and the pro ones really are a lot better and stronger. The top plate of my original gemini has warped the worst, I think from too much pressure, and the rest of the original ones are still pretty good.

I don’t know why you don’t want to buy the slimline folders from diamond press. They don’t charge shipping and they haven’t charged me tax either.

I agree. I’ve got loads of Anna Griffin stuff that I’ve collected over many years, and I’d rather have something new and different now.
