I wasn’t even finished adding craft items to my shopping basket on that last craft day, and the shipping had already added up to about $80. I was waiting for the price to change to $5 shipping, and when that didn’t happen I deleted everything and switched off hsn.

I agree completely. I have a lot of stuff I’ve never used. I don’t really need any more. I need to use what I’ve already got. Their excessive shipping costs have put me right off of ever buying from them again. I didn’t buy a thing on the last craft day due to no $5 shipping. That, and getting new things a bit earlier than elsewhere, were the only positives about buying them from hsn, and I can wait and get better prices elsewhere. I don’t even feeling !ike watching their craft days any more.

I’m glad you got it sorted. Hsn should not have sold a customer return at all,but especially not without checking it first.

Wow. That’s terrible. I think the thief must not be interested in anything I buy. I don’t buy clothing or jewellery or anything particularly expensive, and I only watch hsn on craft days and only buy the new stuff. Not any more, though, after that last craft day. A lot of it comes from Fontana, some of it sometimes comes from Piney Flats. I follow tracking for everything I buy from everyone, and the tracking virtually always has Vernon as the depot just before the most local UPS where the final delivery comes from, but my stuff has never been tampered with, thankfully. I hope they catch that thief. Nobody should have to worry about whether they will receive their purchases or what condition they’ll be in.
