Hi Jordan, thank you very much for replying back to my customer service post so quickly and meaningfully. As a long term customer, I appreciated your reply. I was just getting to reply back to you because since your reply, morning has changed. I finally got all the information together that you requested. I I thought I’d check one last time to see if my cart would load up, and to my total surprise, it loaded. I feel like I need to go back and try it several times just to make sure it will load repeatedly and that it loading this time wasn’t a one off! Before I do, I wanted to send you a response to say thank you and the team who worked on my issue and got it resolved. If you don’t hear back from me, all is well!!!
