Hello,
I am still waiting for someone to release the funds on my HSN Card for $38/76 and $15.09 from the transactions you canceled stating they were incomplete but yet the money were taken anyway from my HSN card when it said card declined so I chose my Visa card and the amounts were taken as well and then all 3 transactions canceled resulting me being double charged as both cards were authorized for the amounts. Krissy, released the funds on my Visa so I am all set on that but I still need somebody to release the funds on my HSN Card.
A screen-print of the amounts from my HSN card statement was sent to your HSN social care e-mail.

My issue is resolved. I called the HSN Corporate Office and spoke with a senior at the Presidential Office. He handled this very quickly and efficiently. My money was released right away. Now, I know who to call instead of wasting my time writing on here.

I AM SORRY BUT YOU DID NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION OR DID WHAT SYMCHRONY TOLD ME THAT HSN NEEDS TO DO IN ORDER TO RELEASE THE FUNDS. I AM ASKING FOR A RELEASE TO BE SENT VIA FAX OR ELECTRONICALLY TO SYNCHRONY BANK TO RELEASE THE FUNDS OF $12.69 FOR THE AMOUNT THAT YOU AUTHORIZED FOR THIS ITEM THAT INCLUDES THE SHIPPING. THE CORRECT AMOUNT HAS ALREADY BEEN POSTED AND SETTLED SINCE YESTERDAY. I DO NOT NEED THE FLEXPAY BREAKDOWN, THAT IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THIS TO ME. I HAVE NO NEED FOR IT. I CAN VIEW MY OPENED FLEXPAYS ONLINE.
YOUR TALK ONCE THE CORRECT AMOUNT SETTLES, THE OTHER AUTH WITH SHIPPING WILL GO AWAY, WELL, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. RIGHT NOW I HAVE THE WRONG ITEM STILL PENDING AND TAKING FROM MY AVAILABLE BALANCE. SYMCHRONY TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE 8 DAYS TO FALL OFF. THAT IS RIDICULOUS AND I AM NOT WAITING 8 DAYS.
AGAIN, YOU NEED TO RELEASE THE FUNDS THAT WAS AUTHORIZED FOR THE @12.69 AND SNED A RELEASE FORM TO SYMCHRONY FOR MY HSN CARD. NOT ONLY, I AM THE ONE WHO DID THE RESERACH WHAT THIS AMOUNT WAS FOR AS YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO IDENTIFY IT, NOW I AM ASKING YOU TO RELEASE MY FUNDS ASAP.

the $12.69 is the amount authorized by HSN including the shipping fee when it was supposed to be free shipping on all items last Friday Dec. 13th for the It Cosmetics Hello Cheekbone item # 691-229 of which the first flex pay should have been $8.97
Please send Synchrony Bank a request ASAP to release the funds OR PLEASE SEND A REVERSAL for the $12.69 as BOTH AMOUNTS ($12.69 AND $8.97) POSTED TODAY are showing.. SO, IAM BEING CHARGED TWICE AND ONE OF THEM INCLUDES SHIPPING FEES.
According to Synchrony bank, the $12.69 will drop off after 8 days if HSN does not collect on the funds. I am NOT willing to wait 8 days. PLEASE SEND A REQUEST TO RELEASE THE FUNDS. when you are advertising free shipping, it should be free shipping and also not to take both amounts from a customer’s account: Correct amount posted and settled and yet the authorized amount including shipping amount is till taken from customer available balance. This is not cool.

Hi goldie530, sorry you are experiencing difficulties not able to access the online page to pay your bill. My issue with this bank switch is different, I did not have my account number. I had to go through hoops to get it in order to register online as both Comenity and Synchrony left me high and dry stating they do not have my HSN card number and I have to wait a month or 2 to get my new card before I can register for online access. What I did is from a credit report that I pulled last June, I had the 12 numbers at the beginning and then an old statement dated over 10 years ago had the last 4 digits. This is how I was able to register with my HSN card number which is unacceptable because during this transition no one should have been inconvenienced or should it be so difficult to pay bills online. I will definitely close my account soon. I know closing a long standing account can hurt your credit score but at this point, I do not care and I am very upset for the trouble I had during this conversion.
I would suggest to try to clear the Cookies on your device. Go to the HSN homepage, click on Account on the right side of your screen, go down to where it says HSN Card – Pay bill. Click on it and it will bring you to the Syncrony-Hsn site, click on Pay online. If you had already registered, put in your log in information. If not, click on register and again in order to do so you will need that almighty account number.

I just spent over 40 minutes on the line with both banks and NOBODY including their managers on both sides can give me my account number in order to register. I was told there is NO WAY I can register because I do not have the HSN number that was with Comenity Bank and I do not have a statement either because I get online statement, paperless statements. I have to wait for September or October to get my card and in the mid-time, I will not be able to access my account online or pay my bill online.
This is totally ridiculous. So, any of those genius that decided to switch bank did not think that some people do not know their account number? any just one way of registering is so not forward thinking and very ancient way of doing things in this century when technology is so advanced. Again, why am I surprised? HSN has gone downhill since the QVC executives took over. We should just wait for the day that it will be announce that HSN is closing entirely.

catnip716, sorry to hear. I had my share of headaches with almost every HSN returns. Luckily, it works out in the end but it does not take away the frustration that I have been put through.
Each and almost every time, one or 2 items in the package will not get processed and instead of helping, it is always the same song from customer service that I have to wait 8 days. It is beyond me that a package was opened and some items are returned and some are not. I honestly do not see the logic behind this.With all Evine returns, I always get an e-mail that my return is on its way, received and being processed and a last e-mail stating your item(s) were processed. Never, I encounter this issue with Evine, All items are always processed at once although they are slow processing returns but it is done right. I no longer shop at QVC but I did experienced some minor issues with returns with them as well but nothing like HSN.
