Wow! I did not hear those comments from her. Should I have, I would not have bought the one pair of her TS yesterday. I will return as soon as I get it. Those comments are totally not acceptable. This is ridiculous!!!
Darn! I did buy a pair 2 months ago and I cannot return it now that it has passed the 30days return policy. I would have returned that one too.
Her jeans are a hit or miss for me and her tops never fit me right, hence I seldomly buy her clothes in the past 6 years. Now, NEVER AGAIN -

I called customer service yesterday to report it and even spoke with a supervisor. All day yesterday, it was not removed, even the supervisor said she will contact the appropriate party to remove the post.

This new website is awesome! I signed up for your daily email and was made aware of the new website. Fabulous kits, awesome prices and very low shipping cost of.99 cents for my entire order. I ordered the new Black Pearl kit last Thursday, it was shipped the same day and I received them last Monday. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the e-mail that my item/s were shipped. I bought them on ShopHQ when they were first introduced and now reordered both for the price of one I paid on ShopHQ and not to mention their outrageous shipping cost. Today, I saw the Take2 body bouncing gel for 1/3 of the price I paid on ShopHq. To be honest with you, I was a bit upset about that but it is all good because I like everything from Serious Skincare. Not sure if I will continue to buy at ShopHQ due to their high shipping cost.

There was another post a while back stating that HSN was running add for Trump in the arcade. I even mentioned this to a supervisor and gave my opinion that I do not know if it is true or not because I do not play the games but let them know that in no circumstances, HSN, a shopping channel should be running political ad for a particular or any candidate. Maybe, people took the liberty to express their feelings about a candidate based on HSN actions if that it turns out to be true that they did run Trump ad on the arcade.
The supervisor said she will let leadership know of my concerns. -
Wow! I am speechless. I just saw it on the ShopHq home page. Farewell tour for Serious Skincare starts now and to stuck up. I sincerely hope they come back to HSN.
I remember a few months back, they had an evening show scheduled and then very last minute it was canceled because Dr. Dubrow was introducing a new product, the sanitizing lamp. I tuned in and Lynn (the host) was nervous and surprise of the sudden change announcing SSC will not be on because due to the current pandemic, they deemed selling and presenting the sanitizing lamp was more appropriate. I was furious myself because I missed their earlier show that day and made the effort to tune in for the evening show to hear it was canceled. Well, I guess my days of shopping at ShopHq will end this weekend.
