I had the same problem. I think this has something to do with tracking being unavailable anymore. It ‘s very frustrating.

I received my package today and NO NOTICE that it was out for delivery. This is unacceptable.

Thankfully my neighbor saw it sitting by the room for deliveries.

I only use my computer to place orders. The only tracking I have a problem with is HSN, no other shipping services. Keep using UPS. They have very good tracking!

What happeded to tracking? I need to know the status of my order and when it’s out for delivery.
Even on the USPS website the tracking no. says not available. This is bad because people around here have had packages stolen. HSN needs to change this policy>

This order was shipped July 8. Everything is up to date. Just go back to the original shipping confirmation info. This is a change for the worse.
