I contacted Ait to find out if they could change my address and I was told today that the order haS not been placed only inititiated. They told me when the order is shipped I will see processed and in transit and i will be able to view the process. They again told me to contact hsn and have my order finalized. Today I had hope after hsn told me me I would have my item Jan 22 but again that is not true. I have shopped at both hsn and qvc for years and the grills being my most expensive purchase and I have never had any issues but this has caused me alot of unnecessary grief. It shows you need to physically walk into a store for items like this. The gift is almost two months late which is pathetic. I will call traeger and see what they say. Whoever is reading this save yourself the hazzle and buy local.

Update. Today hsn processed the order. It wasn’t processed before today but I moved this week to new address. I called hsn numerous times explaining my situation that I was moving and they guaranteed I would have my shipment prior to Jan 12. Well that never happened. Per Ait the order was never initiated or finalized by hsn . I spoke to both hsn and ait yesterday and the order was not processed. So today because I am posting hsn got on the ball found my order and it is getting shipped but to my old address and hsn says too bad. Sorry. I am 66 years old. The package weighs over 70 lbs. How am I going to manage this. What a nightmare

I just received an email Jan 14 stating they have closed the loop on my traeger smoker and the grill will no longer be shipped to my previous address. I moved Tuesday Jan 12. And my account has not been charged. That is great news but it does not solve the problem . I ordered two smokers as gifts and I want the second smoker. You need to figure out where this smoker is. If the order was never finalized like AIT stated only initiated then finalize the order. I can give you my new address. All you have to do is find my order,
