Agreed with both comments – too many full craft days and coin shows but it does save me a lot of money when I know I don’t need to watch for full days 🙂 I would love more programming variety for jewelry and fashion options.

The older Bellezza used to be plated in 14k gold over bronze. Now all the designs are “goldtone” or “silvertone” meaning not precious metals. The Bellezza line, sadly, has definitely gone downhill.

I love Paul but I now shop the David Markstein Italian pieces on QVC because they are plated in precious metals.

Yes, the only models always happen to only be on the far ends of the size spectrum. How about the Medium models? Also, the hosts need to stop acting as if they were models. Most of the hosts claim to be xxs or xs and so are the hired models. Please show the VARIETY of sizes. I miss seeing clothes modeled by Angie, Victoria, and Val. They were true models who actually knew how to showcase the clothes best.

Agreed! So frustrating when you are waiting to hear the size of the models and it’s never mentioned. It’s made me not order items because of this reason.

Yes Karen! Me too! My last several purchases had long, non UPS or non USPS tracking numbers that gave me the same error message. In fact, I had a diamond necklace that was left on my doorstep overnight because I had no idea anything was delivered since the tracking number NEVER WORKED!!!
When I looked at my Ring camera I saw a random guy throw my necklace package up to my front door (I have a few steps up to my door) from the walkway and not even try t put it in my mailbox. With all the porch pirates, there was no attempt to actually deliver a package to my mail box OR MY PARCEL BOX on my porch and risk my package getting taken is TERRIBLE SERVICE. The driver couldn’t be bothered to take 5 steps to my mailbox nor ring my doorbell to even inform a delivery was made.

I’ve thought twice about ordering anything more since this delivery service has been horrible.

Please HSN — WHOMEVER the new delivery service is, PLEASE STOP USING THEM. They don’t care about the deliveries nor providing any tracking to understand when a delivery will be arriving.
