I made a return over a month ago. When I didn’t get a credit on my account I checked the return status and saw it did not say returned. I called last week to check the status and I was told it was showing my item was in transit. I just checked online again it it still doesn’t show return. If this pkg sits in transit, does that mean I won’t get a refund.?
