What happened to HSN?? 🤔
They USED to send the return label attached to the invoice. No more. NOW you have to print your own or use the small address only label and pay for shipping. Wow. When did this start?? Ummmmm. Geez…

Agree with you @cathy-59! I don’t want to have to print my own return label like I have been doing recently. Return labels should be included with every order.

Yes ladies. Just experienced the same. Recently purchased (2) sets of mosaic solar lights. Paid $39.99 per set. Did not care for them. No label included with merchandise so I printed one off HSN. These were 2 small rectangular boxes weighing around 5 lbs each. Shipped back USPS and was charged, brace yourself, $18.00 plus change per box!
This was not shipping as usual back to an HSN warehouse.
Trying to gauge a pattern to avoid buying items without the HSN return labels included, but how do you know in advance?
Purchased a digital antenna several months back, that too…no return label. Had to call HSN to have a label emailed to me.
Tough economy right now, I will spend less with HSN to minimize this from happening again.
Wish HSN was never purchased by QVC because that’s when I started noting changes that moved away from customer satisfaction and ease of use with returns. -
Very unhappy that HSN is no longer attaching return labels in packages. I have printed out a couple that were HSN return labels and that worked fine. However, a number of HSN items have to go back to the manufacturer (probably like those solar lights) and then you are going to pay big bucks. HSN SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO TELL US WHEN PURCHASING THAT RETURNS WILL NOT BE TO HSN AND WILL COST MUCH MORE. Any Tracfone, for instance, will go to company in Texas and will be an expensive return.

I totally agree! I’ve said that a few times to customer reps when I called about no labels and learned I had to pay for the return myself.
It definitely should be mentioned by the host presenting the product. I think HSN Management is concerned that if it’s mentioned, no one will purchase the item.
I’ve noticed in some reviews that people keep items because it’s too expensive for them to return them (including me). That is too bad.
HSN should be transparent!
