TSV 3/6/25 Bzees Sandbar So Bad and I Can't Leave a Review Despite Buying 4 Pair
I own about 12 pairs of Bzees. Three in this style from about 5 yrs ago. So I bought FOUR pairs to replace the old ones at a cost of $47.90 each.
These shoes feel like knock-offs. I can’t believe this is even the same company.
The wedge platform pitch is WAY off. What use to be a slight, hardly noticeable gradation from heel to toe is now much more pronounced and the arch is PAINFULLY noticeable. And this critique is coming from a woman with a very high arch.
What’s more, the footbed feels like standing on a cement. No real give. THESE SHOES ARE JUST AWFUL!
I’ve noticed over the years that when a new brand comes to HSN (and QVC) it first offers a great product but as time goes on, the quality is greatly diminished. Perhaps except for Curtis Stone’s pots & pans.
The final kicker–HSN will not allow me to post a review. I spent $200 (and will now have to spend nearly $40 to return) on these shoes and I can’t tell other shoppers that if you’re not into walking in shoes w/a funky pitch and painful arch, do not buy. This will be my last Bzees purchase.

I have noticed a decline as well. However, it is not only with HSN, but other web sites and retail stores as well. It is not only Bzee, it’s also Easy Spirit, Naturalizer, etc. etc.. My shoe size has gone up even though it shows my usual size and width when measured. Also it’s not only the size, but the make. To save $$ I find that the shoes look boxy, leather feels like plastic, fabric fades, etc. etc.. The quality isn’t there anymore.

Thanks for the reply!
So very true about quality of clothing & shoes everywhere.I wear 9.5 wide in most shoes but 10w in Bzees. I LOVED Bzees – so light weight and the wedges give me the height I so desire.
Although, I must admit I was pleasantly surprised when I tried Skechers Slip-ins Summits Plus Washable Knit Sneakers from QVC (a recent TSV). I’ve been using them nonstop around the house for about a week & they are supportive, comfy but if not on sale can be a tad bit pricey. I also like New Balance.Still getting quality towels & curtains/drapes from JCPenney. Bed Bath & Beyond has pretty good deals on comforter/quilt sets too. Recently found the same exact quilt set at BBB which was about $60 cheaper than at JCPenney (even w/a 30% off coupon). Same brand, model & color.
Well, Happy Shopping!
