THIS IS THE WORST SHIPPING I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH QVC,HSN. THEY HAVE THE WORST SHIPPING EVER YOUR ITEMS ARE IN PROCESSING AND PACKAGING FOR THREE DAYS AND SHIPPING FOR 3 MORE … THEN DELAYED FOR 10 MORE CS.SORRY WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WAREHOUSE SHIPPING PROCESS IT SAYS SHIPPING LIKE WE CAN’T SEE THIS IN OUR ORDER READING SHIPPING BUT NEVER REALLY SHIPPING … THIS IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE! NOT EVEN EMAIL TO LET YOU KNOW DELAYS… I HAD TO CALL TO GET AN EMAIL ABOUT DELAYS ?

Had to laugh. Recently had an order delayed due to a train derailment. Interesting to note, still arrived quicker than some recent clothing orders that took 10 to 14 days to arrive with no reasons for delays.

I still think that the mother company is sabotaging HSN, because they want QVC to survive! HSN was so trusted by me in the past, because I knew the process for purchasing and returning items. Currently you don’t get return labels as part of the shipping detail and when you print out a return label, you may have to pay more for returning to the company than you paid to receive the item. I just paid $14 to return Guliana’s purse because the shipping wasn’t prepaid by HSN. On the other hand, QVC just implemented a new return process that is similar to the Amazon return process, in which you can request a return online and receive a code for UPS to scan
before they print the label and ship the item back. Why have a favorable process for QVC, but not for HSN?? WHAT’S UP???? -
Still waiting for my Breezies I ordered. Tracking states in Eaton PA for 7 days, no other information. If they don’t have the items, they shouldn’t be offered for purchase.

Received 2 pair of SKINNY GIRL jeans and they were way too small, went to return them and there wasn’t a return label so called customer service and the agent stated the warehouse in Piney Falls are no longer printing labels for returns and you have to call customer service and REQUEST a label. What if you don’t have a printer -shoddy business on HSN part. They hope you won’t be bothered and just keep the item. Unbelievable to run a business this way!

Rarely order from QVC or HSN anymore. Can’t blame pandemic. Slowest shipper always. Years ago promised by Christmas. That didn’t happen.
Order vitamins now and that’s it. Unfortunately my favorite bag vendor,Anuschka, left prior shop channel. Started ordering direct. Then partnered with HSN. Some designs I wanted they are only selling on HSN. Ordered one. Was already supposed to be here. Same type of tracking dates as post below. Then the said due to weather would not be here. I get that., but now not scheduled until 26th. Dress ordered same time they sent notice that oops they don’t have any left. Due to an injury, I’ve been ordering from several various places. I have received from all companies everything I’ve ordered even the items I’ve ordered after this one. It’s a reminder why I stopped shopping HSN on a regular basis. -
My pet peeve is they charge you as soon as you place the order and then week(s) later the order may arrive. I pay off my balance in full each month as to not accumulate interest charges. Some months I get a credit from a return and I don’t owe anything. It’s aggravating. They should not charge your credit card until the item ships.

This may not be true but I do think that HSN is being sabotaged by QVC.

I have become let down experiencing the slow shipping of items too. Shoes ordered a week ago. Still being “packaged” and going no where that is useful to me. Do these long delays in shipping cut down on the time for returning items? IDK and that is a whole other big HSN issue. When HSN sends the wrong size (recently), color (recently) or a defective product (past year) HSN should pay for shipping. There is no incentive for the shipping department to get it right. HSN makes money on bad service. So I have learned when I find products on HSN to just go elsewhere to get them shipped to me on time. There are some products exclusive to HSN but otherwise I’m done with HSN as my go to shopping place. Thanks for letting me get this off my mind. It certainly isn’t going to change anything on HSN’s part. I mean wow, I just read a post and somebody has been actively posting, with plenty of community support claiming the same issue and yet she hasn’t received her arcade prize in over a year. Maybe when HSN goes belly up soon enough over this lousy customer service experience they will give out the prizes to offset their going bankrupt? Got to stay positive.

You know, I never thought about it, but you’re absolutely correct! HSN does make money on returns, given the amount of time our items are finally delivered! You have to request a return label?? That’s outrageous. I still get Korres and Prai beauty products only because I have had great results using them. Clothing? No, too many wrong sizes and incorrect sizing charts.

We have so many options as to where to shop. Why keep shopping at HSN when you can get better service and prices elsewhere? I have taken my business to my local department stores.

6. Departed from facility 7/14

8. Processing at facility 7/15
9. Package transferred to post office
10. Processing at UPS facility
Maybe the package will be here today.

I agree! Either HSN has fewer employees or it’s cheaper to delay getting purchased items out to their customers. I never order an item on Delayed Delivery…who knows when it will appear, this year or next???? Sad how we consumers are treated.
