Return
My return has been at the warehouse since the Jan 21st. No refund yet. Why??

I also returned the Denise Austin sneakers, the ones that were the Today’s Special. I did not like the way they went on your foot, it was like a closed shoe with no stretch. I had not noticed that at all in the presentation, otherwise I would not have ordered it. It is a shame to pay that much and get it home and pay to return it. I will have to stop ordering any kind of shoes, I have not had good luck with them!

I’ve noticed the same delay. However, it seems to go a little faster if you print out a return bar code for the item and tape it on the outside of the return. Im not talking about the postage label. If you go online to the item you are returning and click return label you will see it. Hope this helps.

Same thing is happening to me. I returned the worst Denise Austin sneakers ever. Returned them 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I never have a problem with QVC. HSN always.
To top it off they ‘know’ the shoes are bad because I noticed they pulled them off the website a few days after selling them. They always tell you how easy it is for returns. That is false.
It should not take this long for a refund. And Yes I did write to them. Still waiting.
Maybe we should just all call our Credit card companies and tell them what is going on. -
Since mid pandemic they allow 14 days to process /post a return to your account then the refund follows. Seems to take 3 weeks unless you call in and the rep can see the return posted…they may be able to post refund sooner. If the return address went back to one of their vendors (was shipped direct from the mfg company warehouse) then the refund process takes longer!

Call or online chat. Happened to me once and the rep had my refund processed in minutes. Don’t know why this happens; it’s frustrating I know.
