Hello I received the wrong size of shoes that I ordered. I need to return this item and I shouldn’t have to pay to ship back your mistake! I need to know who do I need to talk to about receiving a postage paid return label at no cost to return your mistake ? Does anyone know?

call 800 284 3900. customer service and tell them you received the wrong size, if they have your size, they will ship themnout to you, and they’ll also send you a return lable so when you get the the other one, you send back the wrong size. if they dont have your correct size because there sold out, then hsn will give you a choice of ether give you a full refund or spendable cash which is the money will be on your account so you will have it to spend it on somthing else.
