Has anyone noticed if you go online to purchase something the price can be different than the live tv program! For example today Bearpaw has a boot with buckles that is on sale for $89.99 however if you go online to purchase its on there for $99.99 and you will have to call for a price adjustment or your stuck with that price! HSN doesn’t catch they over charged you! This has happened to me more than once. The same thing happened with the Korres body butter spray this past summer. And i had to argue with a customer representative to adjust the cost. This is completely unfair to the consumer (me) and it deters me from making any new purchases.

I’ve never had this happen if ordering the same day as the live online offer. But, if I did I would shoot off an email or phone call before ordering rather than going thru the hassle of rectifying the price later. If this does happen, I think HSN should be offering you some spendable kash to compensate for their mistake.

This just happened to me too. I purchased a pair of Bearpaw boots online at $59.99 and they were $52.16 on TV. Then you have to call in, inconvenient.
