HSN does not stand behind their merchandise
I purchased a pair of sandals, which I received today. They came in the shoe box directly from the manufacturer (not HSN). There was no receipt in the box. The sandals were too wide and too long and I wanted to return them. I called HSN and they said I had to return them myself and they would not provide a label. I wanted to leave feedback for the shoes but there was not a feedback option for this sandal. The rep did not understand why this was happening and tried to escalate but the manager said she wouldn’t help. Just beware going forward when purchasing anything from HSN. You just never know what they stand behind, it seems to be getting worse. I just went on my account and cancelled my outstanding orders.
cookie9898 hsn hasn’t stood behind there products in decades. back in 2002, hsn always stood behind there products Adrian ‘ signature club A always would bring cosmetics back from Morocco with her oil. hsn would measure there jewelry in inches and lenth and thdy did away with that. bsn went way down hill since the merge.
Hi cookie. I suggest you also contact the customer service area within Community. They have helped me a number of times. HSN does stand behind their products. Sometimes in the order info on line there is a way to return items. Just click on the order number to the left of the item and see if there is an address somewhere either to the right or left on that page. You can also check the label on the box that was delivered to see the name of the company and their address so either you can write directly to the vendor or send the merchandise back. My first choice, of course, is to contact the customer service staff in community. They are not the same people you spoke with. They will do some background check and give you some alternatives if at all possible.
