Horrible customer return setvice

First time ordering shoes from HSN. Will never order from them again! They didn’t enclose a return mailing label. Had to call to request for one and they said it was their mistake. Unwilling to email return label and had to wait 5-7 days just for a label. Ridiculous!!!!

I returned a pair of shoes on 2/28/22. I made sure I got a receipt from the post office. 3 days ago I was told in the Chat that they received the shoes but I still have to wait 24-72 hours to get my refund request and my request needed to go to right dept. Well, I chatted again today and the same thing said. I’m sure I will get the refund but this never used to take so long.

I so agree with you. The question is why has this change been made? I can only think to deter returns. I can print my own label, but why should have to? So, my solution is to stop ordering, which I have.

I have had return issues too. I only us UPS for my send back, take it to Pac Mail so I get a printed receipt from them 9you can also use the UPS tracking on your printed packing label). I then track the return via UPS tracking. I usually give HSN a week or 10 days to credit my account, which never happens. I then have an online Chat with a HSN representative giving them all the sending info and all the order numbers. I then get it credited to my account. This is a pretty long process but it has worked. I always go back into my HSN credit account and check to make sure they actually DO give me credit. That takes another 24-72 hours. HSN needs to understand that there are “other” online shopping opportunities that give you immediate, upon dropping off the item, IMMEDIATE credit for the item. I have been a long time decades long HSN shopper, but this is about to lose me as a steady customer.

Update in my case ,

I Printed the label , dropped off package last Thursday with UPS . HSN Received the Package Today . I confirm by checking my account for returns on the right side .

The tracking number never works for some strange reason . Hope things turn out great for you .

I printed out the labels on the website for my returns. It was taking over a month for some of these and I called to check the tracking numbers. The customer rep told me there was no record of the labels being printed. She said they know when the y are being printed and used. Now what? Sometimes only one return will show up, when I mailed all the packages at the same time. I have heard different stories from the reps on why they no longer send return labels.

  What did the reps give as reasons for no return labels? Just curious. I had a return recently & the CS guy told me to use the little teeny bar code on the invoice. UPS wouldn’t take that & I had an old return label from a while ago so used that. CS woman told me not to use those. I DON’T have a printer or access to one unless I go somewhere & pay which adds to the cost of the return. I will not be shopping here much due to that.

  For the future because I have been ignored by HSN in the past when my returns don’t register. I take a pic on my cell of the label I will be printing! Then I take a pic of the label ON the packaging AFTER I print it out!
  I make sure it is readable. I always get a receipt from UPS or USPS that they have scanned it and received it! Even THEN HSN has tried to pull a fast one only to be quickly corrected by me and on their rear ends to do what is right. Unfortunately it has become a fiasco. I hope this helps

HSN used to send return label, but now you have to use your own ink and paper to print one. I returned a package several weeks ago and have not heard from HSN. Makes you wonder if these paper labels are even staying on the package. At the point that I will be ordering much less from HSN.

Thank you all for your feedback. It worked fine to print label online. I don’t know why customer service said they had to mail me a label.

Look at your order online . Check ” Return Options” on the left hand side ,
You can Print your own label and choose which Method .
