First, why don’t they ever mention the open foot and closed foot on the shoes mean regular and narrow? Second why don’t they sell regulars?

I agree, prism1959. HSN could prevent a lot of returns if they explained the difference between the open and closed foot symbols (regular and narrow). Also, they should mention that the straps on the Today’s Special Arizona are man-made, not leather. The original Arizona has leather straps.

I agree with both of you. It is weird they don’t mention that these are for narrow feet. If they did no one would buy them so they don’t say anything? It makes no sense, why have so many returns if they can avoid it. And why would Birk’s only give narrows to HSN?
I notice on the video and photos that the narrow foot symbol is on the foot bed but I ordered anyway lol I’m hoping for a miracle.-
I ordered one pair of the Today’s Special, because they are so cute, even though I prefer the regular width. I can wear the narrow width, but I have to take them to the shoe repair shop to get an extra hole punched in the strap across the instep. I am also hoping by some miracle they will fit. Maybe the man-made straps will stretch more. (lol)
