Is HSN going under? What is going on?
So I’m looking for Soft n Cozy Sheet set (maybe name is Warm n Cozy now?)and the choices are terrible. 1st thing I noticed is the depth is only 15″ on a couple sets I saw. Some people need at least another inch. Choices so limited. I looked for every piece to be warm n cozy and I saw 2 choices and then some with microfiber sheets with the warm n cozy blanket again not what I want. I remember having choices. Then with the beauty sorry but I am hearing exaggerated claims. The hosts must be more prepared and realize how important it is to state things exactly. Sure a little slip which is an obvious slip I get it but overall I’m hearing too many slipups. Not just 1 host either. It feels to me like the hosts are feeling deflated. I hope HSN is going to be ok. I also hope we get more integrity from some of the show hosts that have a tendency to stretch things a bit. Honesty will always win.

i believe those “slip ups” that you referred to, such as: The flex pay amount is stated as the FULL price of an item, not the flex pay amount. I don’t for a minute think this is a “slip up” but a deceitful practice that a lot of the newer hosts are using. I stopped watching several hosts who do this all the time, and they KNOW they’re doing it. I agree, HSN has lost any and all integrity over these last few years. So sad.

I used to shop a lot on HSN. Not anymore. The only host I enjoy is Helen. I will probably shop less in 2022.

I hardly shop HSN anymore. Tired of low quality and high cost of returns. Selling overpriced leather products like Dooney & Bourke is also animal abuse. Look at where these skins come from and the severe abuse involved. There have been faux leather options for many years now. HSN is not interested in cruelty free options. They sell fast fashion which is made in poor countries and exploits poor people.

I bought a pair of cotton sheets a few years ago, do not remember the name. They were so great the hosts said, about 400-500 thread count. Nice deep pockets. When they arrived, the terrible chemical smell. I washed them a couple of times and got it out. But my husband hated these sheets, they were very thin. I liked them in summer, very light and breathable. But he hated them so much, I gave them to a thrift store. So now I am very careful with HSN or QVC linen.

No I doubt if one host feels deflated!!Lol…they are just trying to get rid of merchandise that didn’t sell the first time around! HSN isn’t going anywhere

Imo, HSN has steadily been going down since Mindy Grossman’s departure. I hardly ever buy anything anymore, and I was formerly a BIG purchaser.

They sell a lot of junk in clothing and all their merchandise. They get it right once in a while but their home goods are disgusting cheap sheets and totally cheap ugly holiday junk.
The clothing is all bottom basement merchandise made in China. And I mean China’s bottom basement the stuff they make for pennies so they can be sold on HSN for 60 dollars. When HSN has a clearance, and they sell their junk clothing for 19 dollars or 29 dollars they are still making a profit because they pay pennies for the cheap junk to begin with that is all made very cheaply in China. I rather purchase from a higher end department store when they have a sale and spend a little more for quality and petite sizing.

OK, Helen Keanu is officially tied with Nicole Hickl for most annoying host. Helen seems to think her shows are all just extensions if her comedy club show. Hope her comedy club prattle is funnier than her lame attempts at humor with the guests on HSN. Could you please get rid of her, or at least tell her to sell the merchandise and stop laughing endlessly at her own bad jokes.

HSN,I am so upset at this moment after getting off the phone with your Customer Service Representative who did nothing to ensure my Happiness. How dare you or any other close a account because of someone having the same address as I explained to your customer representative in these times many people are in a multi family home and as far as any accountability unless they are on the same account there is None! How dare you restrict me with a excellent credit rating not to use my card because my Son who is not late on payments but maxed out his card because he orders everything for me yet pays on time , I went to order him something for His birthday which you should of gifted him something as he has been loyal to you for many years .
I was locked out of my account which had a 0 balance with over $xxxxxxxx CREDIT ! And as he put in the order he was wise enough to look for coupons and one was applied saving me $10.00 which pay not seem like much but as I explained to the rep I make a little more than xxxxx a month so every penny counts , But once I was denied using my card until my Son made a payment that was not even due and she acted as if this was acceptable , I am ashamed of your practice as my son and I are not cosigners on eachother account just because we share a address i am held to him ? As I said people are renting out their rooms in their homes so ones address should Never be a factor , shame on you and the way you made us feel you treated us as if we were bad people who did not manage their business as i said to the representative there are many more ways i can shop and its a shame as we truly once enjoyed HSN , But when treated as if we are not responsible we do not need this .
I Hope you take a moment to apologize as we are good customers ad we want to continue our relationship with HSN if you can show us you value us ……..
you are nothing but bad sales people and your hosts all seem old and should retire and sell the product by telling the truth ……

The HSN website chat and live customer service are abysmal at best. Many of the reps can’t find their cheeks with two hands forcing you to have to call back. Every time I return an item I have to call and beg for my refund. That’s called THEFT! Try chatting or leaving a review on the entirely antiquated back alley created platform will leave you in utter frustration. This company has been on my black list for said reasons, and on occasion I become tempted and order. Dealing with this company is similar to having the plague. NO MORE!

I agree with you totally about returning items. Every time I return Items, I save the return receipt and mark it because it takes forever for them to receive the return and they do not acknowledge the return I never get credited unless I keep calling.
Also, I have proof they received it and a month later I receive letters asking why they did not receive my return and they are going to rebill me when they received the return over a month ago.
You need to be a bookkeeper to keep up with their mistakes all in their favor.
If they were honest about their merchandise to begin with, they would not have half the returns. Remember Beauty spy The Beauty Spy Volu10 Targeted Peptide Wrinkle Cream that was an out and out lie about that product it did 0 of what this scam company claimed. Beauty Spy sells cheap products.
