Second Hand Merchandise

Within the last month I have received a Jacket with a used Kleenex and today I was about to wear a (new) shirt, and it was soiled and stinky. They were both Marla Wynne products and not cheap. I expect when I pay good money for a product that they be new. If I wanted used, I would go to the Goodwill.

Yes, I received a watch that I bought for a gift for my husband and it came broken and had grosss hair on it. HSN sent another and it came broken! I gave up!

Over 30 years of shopping, I received a blouse with dog hair on it, another in odd plastic bag strange tape on it & I knew it had been washed, and a pair of shoes I could tell had been worn,, as the bottoms were soiled & scuffed. I paid full price for items as you did. I was under the impression that only “as is” items were returned. Guess not anymore. Ugh. After that I will not wear anything until I wash it.
