Flex pay change?

I just found out about this today. I don’t shop much at HSN anymore. I was on the Lancome todays auto-ship from September. I received an email stating it was cancelled. Now I received an email it’s back on with a ship date of Jan11 at the same price and easy pays. Well not 5 because this would be my second shipment. It also isn’t going out in Jan as stated in the email, but now. I said I don’t want it now. I spoke with 2 different supervisors. No one seems to have the same story. I look at my auto ship and they have 3 orders instead of 2. I am on hold right now waiting for help. I got back on the auto ship yesterday by phone. I called last night just to make sure it was completed. I spoke with a rep and he insured me it was and gave me the information. I called back today and of course they can’t find any of these orders. What a bunch of crazy people. He told me last night oh you get the 5 easy pays. I am glad I called because in my gut I felt like yea something is going to be wrong; bingo gut is right again. I love the deal, but I am thinking about canceling it out. I asked why they can’t change the date to be further from Jan because I won’t need them that soon. Oh, they can’t do that, the computer doesn’t allow that. Seriously!!! All these shopping channels seem to have gone done the pooper! I am pretty sure this won’t get posted and will be deleted. If you have a community chat then you should realize you will get both good and bad reviews, be big enough to except the ones you don’t like.
