Flex pay change?

Am I crazy? For years if I purchased an item on let’s say 5 Flex pays on AutoShip, your future shipments remained on 5 Flex pays too. Not anymore! Everything defaults to only 3 Flex pays! QVC doesn’t do this so what is happening with HSN? NOT HAPPY WITH A LOT OF THEIR “NEW” POLICIES! This merchant has gone down the tubes!
