Enough with the cropped pants

I might as well put my opinion down too. I NEED cropped pants, for several reasons: First, I won’t wear shorts out in public anymore. Second, the shoes can be seen better – since I’m short, normally regular length pants hide all but the toes. Third, Maybe some of you haven’t even thought about this, but Ticks, ants, spiders and other bugs cannot crawl up cropped pants as easily. With that said, I don’t like the cropped pant styles that are baggy and squared off as much as those that are closer to the leg, like a long pedal pusher, and more visually slimming.

I have really ugly legs so I like cropped pants. I just wish designers would get together to decide on one length for cropped pants, one length for capris, one length for pedal pushers, etc. I have found that for cropped pants the inseam can range from 23 1/2 to 27″! What’s up with that? I always check and find 25″ is ideal for me.

I love crop pants (wide leg, or slight flare) and they are the only pants I wear in the heat and humidity. I am short though. I can’t stand long pants in the summer. I don’t want to wear shorts as I don’t get sun these days. It’s dresses, skirts, and crop pants until fall/winter legging time. Please keep the crop pants in the fashion designs.

I like cropped pants but not the ones that flare out at the bottom of the pant leg.

OMG YES!!!! I see them & can only think HIGH WATERS! Lol! And the more they flair the worse they are. I have never & will never own a pair.

I agree that some can definitely shorten the leg…. I do like some of the high waisted ones in the fall with booties though 😊 kind of just depends on the style and fit to me!

I’m short so I’m always thrilled to see cropped pants. Some of the vendors petites are to long for me.

I have large ankles that swell sometimes. Cropped pants are not a good look for me.

I don’t care for them, but I think that they are offered for those who prefer not wearing shorts in the summer. To each his/her own, I guess.

jhluvsnh, while to each his or her own, completely agree. I think they seem to accentuate the hips. Mine don’t need that
