Good Evening I am so sorry a headache may be on the horizon. Yikes! I had the worse
a couple weeks ago i had to close every window and just lay still. I have never had that
happen to me. I am in tip top shape so i think it may have been weather related because
we had more rain that week than i have ever seen. All good i have not had one since and i
get them twice a year. I have special meds for them to knock them out. 😎 I let my Doctor
know everything.

Glad your husband was able to eat some good solid food. I would have went to town on
that grinder too. Florida seems to have good food and good fruits and veggies. 💕

Oz is alright if you go to the right open Market and I love to buy fresh fruits and veggies
from the Amish and local farmers which we have a lot in OZ. 💕😎 No worries i am not
eating everything due to the food issues we are having. I am making sure everything is clean
and I always wash anything I eat. I prefer cooking my veggies.

Enjoy some ice cold tea with your Manuka Honey and take your meds and just relax. 🎈

Good Evening I don’t feel like eating too darn hot. 😎 I am drinking water and very light
food. Oz will be 105 degrees tomorrow and the rest of the week.

We may get some light rain which will be wonderful for everything including the animals. 💕

Lady remember when I had lots of bunnies in my yard I now see them on another block.
Every day hubby would feed them baby carrots before leaving for work. Try that if you
like doing feeding and no I did not get more bunnies. I so enjoyed looking at them eating.

I am going to jump in the shower and watch the day off I want to feel cool and calm. 😎

Enjoying the flowrs especially the ones on the door in the basket. I may try to replicate that one.

I just returned home from a nice visit with hubs. He was in his room. Though the prediction was for rain and wind,l it was sunny with temps in the 80s. Humidity was high. Rain on the return home, but nothing much to write about. However, tomorrow may be a different story. Tropical storm #2 in the Gulf just was named Bertha. Tomorrow is rain and loads of wind. Should be an inter4sting day since I really need to purchase veggies and fruit. Not sure which place I will head to first. Aldi’s or the Farmer’s Market.

I ordered out tonight once I was at the rehab. Though hubs ate every morsal on his plate, he had a yen for a meatball grinder. Hubs asked for a side order of fries. Hubs ate half of the grinder. No problem in swallowing since Iportioned each piece out. The fries were a double portion which I didn’t ask for. They were delicious. I surmise the owners and manager had gone on a vacation. The food and portion size were back to normal and then some. After yesterday’s torrential rain, this dinner came in handy. I also order a philly steak grinder for the receptionist.

My head is starting to pound. Time for meds. Evidently the barometer is now heading downward. Have a wonderful evening. Stay cool.

Very nice day in the ‘burgh. Sunny and no humidity. Tomorrow we will have some showers.

Feel sluggish today, probably because I haven’t eaten much yesterday and today.😟 Going to make a rice dish for dinner, easy and easy leftovers.🍚

I hope Miss Kitty is behaving. I saw two baby bunnies chasing each other around my yard. Not sure how many I have right now.🐇
