Tuesday Mantra…which will you choose?
Sometimes we have to deal with situations where people are flexing their power or their jealousy, unhappiness or their low self esteem on us or friends or people we love…and it brings us down. It makes us feel hurt and left out wondering why people lack empathy and kindness sometimes… I hope these affirmations help you see that staying happy and positive around negativity always wins and that some people and some things just aren’t worth your energy. 💜🌸💕

We hang on to things for so many reasons in life.
We hang on to words, habits, feelings, people, places chapters, paths, ideas and sometimes it just all gets too heavy. When that happens, we need to release it …let it go …let the things that drain our energy run free…and know, sometimes “they just aren’t meant for me any longer ….” And that’s okay…
so if you’ve been weighed down and feeling heavy let some of the “things” go…let yourself feel free from the weight that may just be holding you down…🎈and celebrate that feeling…and the new path you choose
