NATIONAL OATMEAL COOKIE DAY
National Oatmeal Cookie Day on April 30th each year recognizes a delicious and nutritious cookie. This day is also often recognized on March 18th in conjunction with National Lacy Oatmeal Cookie Day.

NATIONAL SARCOIDOSIS DAY
National Sarcoidosis Day on April 30th annually raises awareness about a non-contagious immune system disease. While most commonly found in the lungs, Sarcoidosis is an inflammatory disease that can affect any part of the body, inside or out.
When it attacks the skin, it typically looks like a scaly rash or red bumps. Often, people don’t realize they have it and blame it on allergies or a simple reaction to something with which they came into contact. Sarcoidosis can affect muscles, bones, kidneys, eyes, liver, the heart or any other part of the body. When it affects the eyes, the usual symptoms are sore eyes. When internal organs or muscles are affected it can cause swelling and pain. In the lungs, it can cause a dry cough, shortness of breath, and mild chest pain.
Anyone can get Sarcoidosis, but it typically attacks people between the ages of 20 and 40. In about half of the cases, Sarcoidosis goes away without treatment. In more severe cases, for which there is no cure, the symptoms may last for years and cause organ damage. While scientists don’t fully understand Sarcoidosis yet, research continues to be done on it in the hopes of finding the cause and a cure.

Just returned from seeing hubs. He mentioned that no one told him I was having sinus issues, yet I phoned daily. He was worried, concerned, and scared thinking something happened to me. I have a feeling that the staff didn’t want him to worry so they didn’t give him the updates.
I did make a stop at Costco. I bought some food items and tried their appetizers. Thought of your hubby on one item because it was hot hot hot. Very spicy and oh so good. But, I didn’t purchase it because of the salt. This was a Ramen soup and with over 1000mils of salt, I left it. Great to try. I need to return for gas and a few other items.
Guess you have a wicked witch for a cat. I really like the way you make sure that everyone gets fed. I know I would do the same. And, that is how I met Mensch. Arrived home from a meeting and found a cat at our doorstep looking for food. All I had at the time was a can of tuna which I gave him. Guess he enjoyed the meal so much, he waited for me every night. It took months before he let me touch him and then one day he came up to the front door and I let him in. He stayed just for a few seconds, but kept returning and then stayed. He knew I would let him outside. I hope that some of these cats will begin to trust you.
It is very humid here. Temp is 76 as I type. A little windy. Just enough for me to feel the sinus issues. But it isn’t as bad. I am hoping for some decent rain. Things look good and then at the last minute it goes somewhere else. My planting will just need to wait. Better days ahead, I hope.

I have two neighbors both men who had the procedure last year and I check on them
often as they are widows. They are doing very well. 😎🎈Glad you like the necklace it is beautiful. 😎 I always say we are worth it. 💕😎
Oz is beautiful and a nice 52 degrees with a beautiful full moon hence the reason I am
posting moons. 😎💕I walked Poppy for a few blocks and the female cat followed us
all the way there and back home. LOL! This Cat is something else.
Please post when your MIL is doing alright I will keep her in my prayers.
