My primary physician retired just prior to Christmas and I had my first appointment with his replacement in January. This physcian is extremely thorough and our first appointment lasted an over an hour. Yesterday’s appointment was a good half hour. She checked not only the vitals but most importantly the results from the fall I had in January. Thankfully, the swelling is down, but the left knee is concerning. So I now have exercises to do with a possibility of having physical therapy as well. Pertaining to the physical therapy, my next door neighbor is a therapist and right now he and his wife have returned to their summer home. They will be back in October. However, I still remember some of my dance moves, and that should help with some of the exercises. They are great for limbering the muscles so they can stretch and do their thing.

Had some computer problems with Microsoft’s Edge. Could not read the news or gain entry to the website. You Tube was no help. But finally found some help online and now it is in working order. I remember the steps I used if this ever happens again (YUK)/

Weather here leaves quite a bit to be desired.. Temps are almost to the 90s and the humidity is 100%. The good thing is that the tree pollen is now low so the sinus issues may be a thing of the past. However, we do need some rain. Not sure if we will see anything over the weekend.

A real nice day here, the same as Oz, sunny and around 60.☀️ I also have a couple windows open. Right now, one bunny and one groundhog are having dinner in the backyard, too cute!🐇 All I need is a deer to jump the fence and the zoo will be open.

Spent the afternoon at mom’s since she’ll be gone on Mother’s Day. Had tea and talked, all is well today. Grilled cheese sandwiches and soup for dinner.🥪🍲

Good day in the ‘burgh. 😎🎈💕This is a multi-task day for me.
So what’s new? LOL!

I don’t know what is going on in the world right now my cable company is out all
over the City. I am getting updates on my Iphone every two hours. No worries
I don’t watch it this time of day anyway unless I want to see a quick news report
and I can do that online. 😎

I am going to slow it down a bit. Poppy is right at my side.
