Sheba, ok well if you say….. I did go for the gold/white diamond. I think the style will work for me.
Plus I have given away or sold off so much that I can now have room for a change of style and not overwhelm myself.
Walk went well. It’s cool and crispy outside so enjoyable.
Hope your walk went well.
Those storms are big in OZ. Stay safe and charged up 🙂

I arrived home just about an hour ago after being with hubs. He lost a great deal of weight, though his beard is now non existent and his hair a bit shorter. Hopefully, the rehab staff will help him regain some pounds. But, his hands are stronger. I just hope he will be alright.

This morning I awoke to some back pain and took what I needed. That pain subsided within a few minutes and has stayed away all day. For the first time in three months I was able to go up and down the three steps in the carport without a problem. I was so excited that I did it quite a few times. The weather does play an important part to this. I just hope that Sunday will be a good day to start using the legs again. It sure will be nice to be able to walk the mile to the mailbox and return without a hitch. Not to worry. I will be taking it slow to get to that point.

when will it end. We will be in the 30’s tomorrow morning and then a slow warm up.

Lady that is when I get sick from extreme high to a fast low.

I hope your sister don’t catch it and make sure she has some food on her stomach.

Been looking at the Todays Special. Maybe too long since the Silver ones with white diamond sold out but thinking about taking the plunge on the Gold color with white diamond. WHat do you think.
First I will head out for a long walk and get some air.
