We have some lovely weather and yes, perfect for hiking. I walked the area here a bit today and picked up fish tacos. Oh, we met with a Realtor this morning.

I hear you about the weather. I just said it was too hot last Saturday. We are also in the 40s but sunny and windy. Too cold for anything outside.🥶

I was in and out this morning and afternoon doing errands. Pretty sure I will go to mom’s tomorrow. It seems like forever since I’ve seen her and sis.

Ham and potatoes for dinner today.🐖🥔 Thanks for the hockey shoutout. Four more regular season games left. Pretty sure we’ll make the first round of playoffs.👍

Oz is very chilly today we are in the 40’s and mostly cloudy. I am fine with that. 😎

I had a nice breezy walk with Poppy and will go again later in the day. I have to keep it
moving. I don’t walk Poppy he walks me. LOL! 💕

Remembering Billie Holiday, who was born on this day.
(April 7, 1915 – July 17, 1959), She was a jazz singer with a career spanning nearly thirty years. Nicknamed “Lady Day” by her friend and music partner Lester Young, Holiday had a seminal influence on jazz music and pop singing.
Her vocal style, strongly inspired by jazz instrumentalists, pioneered a new way of manipulating phrasing and tempo. She was known for her vocal delivery and improvisational skills.
She was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 1973. Lady Sings the Blues, a film about her life, starring Diana Ross, was released in 1972.
