Conversation – 31

Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread.
This is number 31 out of the of the series.
I created and started this thread over 11 years. 😎🎈
I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe. 🌹✨😎

Just before Live Aid, Freddie was advised by his doctor against performing in the show because of vocal issues he was experiencing. Of course, Freddie ignored it, and he went on to deliver the performance of a lifetime – all it took was 20 minutes and it has been gone down in history as one of the best live gigs of all time!

NATIONAL GUMMI WORM DAY
Each year, National Gummi Worm Day gets a day of recognition on July 15 to honor a small candy that kids and adults love.
Gummy worms are green and red but come in a variety of flavors, such as sweet and sour! These creepy treats are one of the best-selling candies of all time. Gummi worms are inspired by the original gummi candy, gummy bears. Other sweet and sour gummy treats include snakes, peaches, and gumdrops, just to name a few.
While you can snack on gummi worms all on their own, they make great additions to desserts like dirt pudding and casket pie. You can also add them to your ice cream, parfaits, and beverages.

NATIONAL PET FIRE SAFETY DAY
National Pet Fire Safety Day on July 15 reminds us to consider our pets when planning fire routes and safety in our homes.
Our pets are as much a part of our family as any other member. This day stresses the importance of protecting them. Taking preventable measures now can both save your home and your pet. Many times our pets can cause a fire if we don’t take the proper precautions.

Sheba, Good to hear Heidi Daus will be back! She is a ray of sunshine!
What yummy items did you bake today?
I made a quick muffin batch this morning and was a bit distracted with a video i was watching at the same time plus my husband was coming in and out of the kitchen speaking to me. Yah, left out an ingredient. Went to the store and bought him some muffins to hold him over. He got into Muffins our visit to Utah. One of the parks had a store that added muffins into their shakes. This is so my husband. 🙂
We want to leave the State but my son has a pretty good job here and he would have to move too. We liked VA (from our last trip although we were checking out Delaware) . I wouldn’t want to live on another coast with him here. Hope you get to Co soon. Sounds like you will have a grand niece soon? -
All is well. The canvas lunch box cooler was sitting on a chair. It is now home safe and sound. His roommate is still here and I suspect he will be returning home shortly. I heard from the decorator this afternoon and he has samples and will follow me to the rehab so we can both pick something out.
It was lightning on my home and pouring. There were streaks that went horizontally and others were vertical. However, some were really scary when they were two or three at one time. Hard not to see this. It was right in front of me for most of the ride. Happy to be home in one piece.
Pleasant dreams.

Good Evening I spoke with my brother today and his wife is doing so good.
Pancreatic is not easy to beat by no means. A lot has to do with what stage you
are in and the location. I am telling you see went through hades with chemo, surgery
and radiation she still has three more chemo sessions. We are so thankful she has no trace of cancer. I pray this can help other people.
I hate cancer with a passion.
Enjoy something cool tonight. Glad your labs were good too. I take too much of a good
thing. LOL!Sweet Dreams. 💕😎
