Good evening Taci I don’t ever want to be real thin and at 90 pounds depending on
height that’s a bit on the very thin side.

I know your body is healthy and so is mine and I do that on my own. I once had an
eating disorder and I did not eat much. I don’t want to go down road again.

I do chew the sugarless gum keeps my mouth moist too. I get my cleaning every
six months.

It is been a long and hot day in OZ.

I won’t even start with how hot it is in OZ. These are the dog days of summer.

Good the staff is listening to you because if something should happen it’s on them.
I think my stove is a wee bit upset with me. I have not cook or turn the Oven in a few
days. We are eating salads and some sides.

I am very warm going to jump in the shower.

Hubby was in the dining room when I arrived before 5 pm. The sliding door leading to the lanai and outdoors was locked. Someone listened!!! I am hoping to make it to Costco tomorrow. I definitely need a fix. However, just checked the weather report and it looks like our heat advisory may be effective through Tuesday. Rain chances are slim to none. May need to wait a few more days before navigating that area. I promised hubby ice cream for tomorrow.

Dinner tonight for me was chicken salad on pumpernickel with tomato and lettuce. It was in the frig and so delicious.

I think I will now go to bed before I fall asleep at the computer again. Pleasant dreams to you three.

Sheba, not only sugar free but whitens teeth too. No need for Dentists right?
The Ice Cream looks great. I’ve been wanting some too. Sheba. I am not skinny but I will always try. Its genetics and whatever. My hairdresser says hormones and she plans to diet more at her 90 lbs. Crazy huh. I’ll have to accept things, better for me.

National Pennsylvania Day and National Ice Cream Day, how about that! National Ice Cream Day could be every day in my house.🍦🍨 I think I buy a carton every week. Just took a pie out of the freezer so we will have “a la mode.” I also have cones and syrup so I’m ready to celebrate! Glad I don’t have any blood tests this week.🤣

Tomorrow and Tuesday will be in the 80s but back in the 90s on Wednesday.🔥 I have hardly sat out on my deck this spring and summer because of the heat and humidity. Thanks for the refreshing drinks yesterday, so good!🍸🍹

Temp is 94 and still rising. There is not only a heat advisory but also one for air quality. Slight chance of rain for Monday and Tuesday with a huge one for Wednesday. Tomorrow is garbage day, but may wait until Thursday when the air quality will be better along with the heat index.

I will be doing some things around the house and then will shower and see hubby. I am debating making a slight detour to Culver’s for ice cream and their salad fresca for dinner. I may add fruit to the salad from home. Right now I am hoping that the Rehab locked the sliders for outside. They did so yesterday after 5pm. Just three people were outside in the sun when I arrived. My hubby was one of them. Once in the dining room I opened a can of sugar free cola (Sevia). Hubby drank almost the whole can. The aids came around with tea, coffee and some kind of juice drink. Hubby ordered water, the juice and coffee. By the time dinner was over he had everything emptied. Speaking of being dehydrated……I have the water xango recommended in the frig and I will bring that with me to the rehab. Now I realize why many retailers close their businesses for a few hours in Europe and Mexico.
