Conversation 27
Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is number 27 out of the
series. I created and started this thread 10 years ago.😎🎈
I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe. 🌹✨😎

NATIONAL SWEETEST DAY | THIRD SATURDAY IN OCTOBER
National Sweetest Day is observed on the third Saturday in October by people of all ages.
For over 100 years, National Sweetest Day encourages everyone to be generous even in the smallest ways. From its inception as Candy Day in 1916, this day reminds us that even small tokens improve the lives of those around us. While the observance started with candy and sweets given to our sweethearts and friends, the day is full of lessons in persistence, resilience, and doing small things greatly.
On National Sweetest Day, take care of all those who need extra attention. Even those who need significant care, when given the smallest token, will feel the effects. A little treat, a card, a show of support during a time of need may be the sweetest gift on this day.

NATIONAL SEAFOOD BISQUE DAY
Every year on October 19th, National Seafood Bisque Day serves up a hot, delicious meal for seafood lovers. The day celebrates a luxurious bowl of tasty soup made from the catch of the day!
Seafood bisque is a smooth, creamy, and highly-seasoned soup of French origin. Recipes call for a strained broth of crustaceans. Use seafood such as lobster, crab, shrimp, or crayfish.
The name “Bisque” is likely derived from Biscay, as in the Bay of Biscay. However, the crustaceans are certainly bis cuites, meaning “twice-cooked.” Recipes require cooks to first sauteed the seafood lightly in their shells, then simmered in wine or cognac and aromatic herbs before being strained.
This rich and filling soup goes well with a crusty chunk of bread. Serve it as the introduction to a larger meal or the meal itself. If you enjoy wine, try Gewurztraminer with your bisque.

Count On Me
Song by CeCe Winans and Whitney HoustonCount on me through thick and thin
A friendship that will never end
When you are weak I will be strong
Helping you to carry on
Call on me, I will be there
Don’t be afraid
Please believe me when I say
Count on me
I can see it’s hurting you
I can feel your pain
It’s hard to see the sunshine through the rain
I know sometimes it seems as if
It’s never gonna end
But you’ll get through it
Just don’t give in ’cause you can
Count on me through thick and thin
A friendship that will never end
When you are weak I will be strong
Helping you to carry on
Call on me, I will be there
Don’t be afraid
Please believe me when I say
Count on me
I know sometimes it seems as if
We’re standing all alone
But we’ll get through it
‘Cause love won’t let us fall
Count on me through thick and thin
A friendship that will never end
When you are weak I will be strong
Helping you to carry on
Call on me, I will be there
Don’t be afraid
Please believe me when I say
Count on me
There’s a place inside all of us
Where our faith in love begins
You should reach to find the truth in love
The answers’ there within, oh
I know that life can make you feel
It’s much harder than it really is
But we’ll get through it
Just don’t give in
Count on me through thick and thin
A friendship that will never end
When you are weak I will be strong
Helping you to carry on
Call on me, I will be there
Don’t be afraid
Please believe me when I say
Count on me
Count on me
Count on me
Count on me
Count on me

Good evening so sorry about that sore throat but I know how you feel. I am a bit under
the weather too. I mean to go from extreme hot to extreme cold gave me a run for my
money. My sinus is so bad I had slight bleeding from blowing it too hard. Sheesh!Still I rise and made my plants and flowers were doing alright everything is alright.
Oodie tonight we will be in the 40’s. All next week we will be in the 70’s. This is a high
for us in these parts we should be in the 50’s.Oodie I wish you had an extra hand that you trust. I wish your husband were home.
Get some sleep and rest you will need it. I am so glad it is cooler and do watch the
tropics. I am picking up dragon fruit tomorrow I know a store that carries it I have to

Good evening I think it is a good weekend to bike ride. 😎🎈No leaves to do just yet.
Oz is beautiful and believe it or not we have turned the heat on couple of times to
warm the house up. OZ went from the 90’s on Sunday to the 20’s on Tuesday and I have
the sinus issues to prove it. LOL!I like Fall but I did not see snow until I was 5 years old. I was never cold either. I lived with
my Grandparents in TN when my parents came back for me they had moved to Ill. and
boy was it cold and the snow was so beautiful I screamed as my dad lifted me up on his
shoulders I was too small to walk in the snow to our house. I got use to the cold real
quick as we lived off Lake Michigan now that is when the sky and the lake become one.
I have seen beautiful nights. Kansas was our last stop and it has four seasons. I like Fall
most of all. 🎈😎💕I hope you are meeting interesting people doing your new work. I know you have this. 😎
The moon is out tonight I was basking in it with the animals. I have feed three cats and a
possum. Dear me the possum thinks it’s a cat. LOL!This is how the moon looks in OZ. I hope you have a nice evening you and hubby. 💕
