Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is number 26 out of the
series. I created and started this thread 10 years ago.😎🎈
I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.

Good evening and I hope it is nice cool one. Oodie you are spot on with how you feel you
need to move your husband to a new Rehab. I know it’s a gut feeling so please don’t ignore
that feeling. Oodie it seems like the hospital is understaff and soon they will be overwhelm
and resign due to pressure. The Rehab holds people’s lives in their hands.If you feel you need to a better place then go for it and do not look back. We watched over
my father like a hawk and he was in the best Hospice in Kansas. Dad stopped talking for
a while so we knew he could not tell us anything. Oodie it’s been four years this month.
I have many days i miss him and not a day goes by that I don’t miss him. 💕😘I am so glad you had the moon at your back going home. One of my Aunt’s had the same
thing happen to her she was driving out late and the moon followed her home. She love it
we lost my mother’s sister two days apart about three years ago so these are tender times.
I loved them so much. 💕I am glad you knee is feeling better you are smart to watch the meds. I take one medicine
that when I go out it makes sweat fast and hard which can lead to dehydration. I have to
drink water most of the day. I hate taking meds but it does what it’s suppose to.The Pollen Count has been very high. I had a headache for a couple of nights.
I will go on the front porch and watch the moon I know the animals are watching.
I take good care of them and they trust me. 💕😘Mr. Poppy was looking good and he likes the ladies especially his two girl friends at the
Fence line out back they are sisters but he loves one the most because she was there
first his tail just wags when she comes and and she is a beauty she is a Husky with blue eyes.Oodie be careful while out let me know how things goes. 😘🎈😎

Warm and humid today, waiting for strong thunderstorms⛈ to come through this afternoon. Praying all the trees remain standing. The temps look perfect at least through the middle of next week.
Hubs will be home late afternoon tomorrow or earlier if it’s raining. He is not a fan of golf in the rain. Did a small load of laundry this morning since he will be bringing home a full load for me to do on Monday. May make some deviled eggs later🥚. It’s been awhile and I suddenly got the urge for them.
Enjoying my last day of “go with the flow” and no timetable. Thinking of cooking something now in case we lose power. Or I can just have ice cream for dinner with a glass of wine.🍦🍷 Enjoy your day/evening, sending cool hugs back to you and Poppy.🤗💖

Good day on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Oodie how are you doing today? I hope all is
well. Poppy had a grooming session at the Vet where I take him and he looks real
spiffy. 💕😎🎈I took him yesterday which was a very busy day for me.I hope your knees are not bothering you with all this heat and weather patterns
anything is possible. I drink a lot of water OZ is very humid and the pollen count
is high.
Running errands today Oodie please keep cool.

Well, last night visiting hubby was a real eye opener. There were only two aids on the floor. One did one end and the other ours. That wasn’t the only problem. As I left, the nurse that is with our unit was doing double duty. So today I started looking at other facilities and on Monday I will contact the case managers from the hospitals in and around where we live. There is one facility that actually stands out and that one was recommended by one of the patient’s. This one is always full so will need help to get hubby there. It used to be a 20 minute drive, but with the highway construction, it will most likely take over two hours. If hubby is accepted, I will find the routes less traveled and shorter due to traffic constraints.
On another note, the knee is better. I can now go over 10 hours without meds and maybe longer. I now turn the A/C off entirely when I need to be at the sink in the MB.. It is definitely a cold in that area.
Temperature wise, it’s in the 90s here, but the humidity is low. No rain today as far as the forecast goes. It feels good to breathe. As far as the pollen count goes, I’m Ok thus far. I do take my meds at night and during the day. The medication my physician prescribed did some good. However, what I don’t like about prescription drugs are the side affects. Sometimes I feel that the prescripts are worse than the disease. This was one of those times.
Poppy must look real spiffy with his new hair/fur do. He probably prances around for days to show off his new look. Enjoy your afternoon and evening. You got me looking at the moon and it follows me home. I feel safe knowing that it follows my every move. Have a beautiful walk with Poppy tonight and enjoy the other fur babies when they come knocking for dinner.
