Sheba, Hello and Yay to Leo Season! Yes, that is me, observe it and file it. Being low key I don’t like attention or to cause it. Well, signed up for the yoga class (which I don’t really like anyway but needed to stretch), and when I got there the room was packed. Can’t believe it. It was a Covid growing field. Person to Person in their spot on the floor. People were nice at the door but it
wasn’t for me and so I left and went to the elliptical. What are they thinking? It’s all good though, live and learn.
Watched some short video’s of a person giving her dogs different foods. OMG, cracked me up.

Hi. Spectrum was here just a few hours ago. Yep, needed a new modem and now everything is looking good. Drove home during a lightning show. No thunder. No rain. However, we had all that around 5 pm and then some.

Upon arriving home, had bursts of energy and decided to tackle the guest bathroom. I quit when done and it looks absolutely beautiful. Changed the color scheme to a teal and it looks awesome. Used Clean Boss on the walls and ceiling. Came in handy for the picture frames and the scenes of seashells and even a bit of the ocean. I have an order coming Friday for the shower curtain and rug. This will be hubby’s bathroom when I will make it wheelchair accessible I just need to find a good contractor. I will take pictures of the new look for hubby after the last two items are in place.

Headaches for the last couple of days have been non existent. At least the major ones. August will start the attacks all over again. Maybe not, if the weather cooperates. Temp today is in the 90s with high humidity. Not sure if we will see rain later.

I do not know what is going on at the rehab. More aids have given notice and also RNs. The aid I like is contemplating an exit. But his may be health reasons. He is looking at other avenues that is away from heavy lifting. Well, it’s getting late and I need to get my dinner together and a snack for hubby. Great to be back on line.

Following orders and have done next to nothing today. Made a couple lists, read some emails/computer stuff, dinner is leftovers. Mom Friday coming up!
