Sheba, Wow! The drinks look great and so creative. Love it. My drink of the day is Efficient C Berry flavor because I was tired of water. I have also been adding watermelon and lemon to my water and it is very good too.
The gym is ok and I prefer hiking. Maybe when it cools down I will think about it. Hubs was Mtn Biking in an area with wildlife, and he only seems to see bunnies.

Pretty nice day in the ‘burgh, it will be getting warmer for the weekend.🔥 Opening ceremonies tomorrow afternoon, I am ready. Mom is ready, too. Since she will be by herself in the evenings, she already had me open a bottle of wine as her companion while watching the Olympics, yikes!😂 Since I had errands to run today, stopped at Panera to pick up sandwiches for dinner.🥪

I guess Poppy will be wearing his sandals with the heat.🐾 Cool hugs from me and Jake.🤗💖

Yesterday you asked about my energy. Yes, I also use Andrew Lessman’s vitamins. I started when he was introduced to HSN. They are the best. One of the ones I use is for Energy and I surmise that is the one that gives me the lift. However, I do have a bad habit of liking to sleep during the day and working into the wee hours of the night which means sleeping from 4 or 5 am unless, of course, I fall asleep sooner in the chair while on line.

The bathroom is awesome. Today I received the shower curtain and the rug (a day early). I will install the shower curtain when I return home after visiting hubby. Today I was up very early to prepare for the A/C Tech to make sure everything was running smoothly. It was. No parts needed. I need to make another appointment in six months. The company also sent an email with coupons for the visit. Didn’t need it. I am a happy camper making a change to this company. Last year, at this time, I did not have A/C because new ducts were needed. The company stalled going under the house because of the dampness. When the heat and humidity ended is when they showed. Over 3 or 4 mos. without A/C was horrific. However, it did give me an opportunity to look around. These people also did our electrical panel. And, I found out that they have a list of contractors that can redo a bathroom. I will make that call tomorrow. Also need a ramp for the front door. However, since I do have hubby’s wheelchair from his time in Georgia, I will clean it and then proceed to see if it can go through the front door and the interior ones as well.
