Slow start today because I tired myself out by competing in a swim race first thing this morning🏊‍♀️ — then trail bike, rode up and down hills and over logs for 8 miles🚵‍♀️ — then played a game of water polo (which was a lot of pushing and shoving and splashing).🤽‍♀️ Enough exercise for one day! I need to do something easier, like ribbon twirling. Hope you are enjoying the Olympics.

I am finally taking meds by the migraines. Wasn’t to pick it up at the pharmacy and the clerk couldn’t find it. Had to wait until Monday to find out why. Anyway it seems to be working.😀😀🎹what I do not like about prescriptions are the long list of possible side effects. Oh well.

I am visiting hubby as I type with one finger. Tomorrow I will check on contractors to remodel the bathroom. Now that I decided on the color scheme all I need to do is decide on tile along with a new vanity and extra storage cabinet. Room is small so I definitely will be careful that it will not look cluttered. Shoelace gave me the name of a Company that may be able to install in one day.

Weather, though in the 90s, feels over 100 when you add in humidity. Rain is expected this evening. I will be leaving shortly to avoid the thunder storm. Hope you and Poppy enjoy the evening walk. Stay cool and be safe. Both of us are fine and working hard for the return home.

Good afternoon in the ‘burgh and I hope you are enjoying the Olympics. 😎🎈
Oz will be very warm all next week. I am thankful we had a good routine check up
on our whole house A/C. This is not cheap but so worth it. 💕😎

The Pizza was great yesterday it was a Gourmet Pizza. 💕🎈 This was just a treat for the
weekend and the Games.

Relax I know you are on Mom duty and I am glad your sister and her friend are having
a great time in California. The area she is in is where my former neighbor lives. We still
talk a lot on the phone.

I will have another drink with the recipe later this evening.

Oz is very warm so I do things early I have been a bit under the weather with our Pollen
Count here in OZ.

Good day on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Oodie how are you doing today? I know your
hands are full. I don’t know about Florida’s weather but here in OZ the Pollen is really
bad. I have not felt 100% in days I know soon this will pass. I do not like summer. I will
endure as these are the dog days of summer. 🎈😎

I hope your husband is doing better and making improvement to come home.
