Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is number 26 out of the
series. I created and started this thread 10 years ago.
I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. 
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please

Good evening. I can understand those thunderstorms doing havoc. Wonder if there was a tornado in your area that caused the trees to come down. Thankful that the three of you are OK. Thankful that all you have is debris.
I just went to Aldi’s. There was no time to do the Farmer’s Market. We also had a thunder storm that lasted a good hour or so. No power lost. The only thing that kept me on my toes were the loud thunder claps. I waited for the storm to pass before venturing out. By the way, Aldi’s has some hot shrimp in their freezer area. I tried it and they are pretty good. I thought of your hubby when I had a couple. They are hot, but not hot hot hot.
Hubby had just finished dinner when I arrived. He was in excellent spirits and making me laugh. His roommate is quite nice. He has some nasty health issues and I’m not sure if he will make it home. Not sure what his problem is, but I do know he has a feeding tube and is on oxygen. He has his good and bad days.
Take care. I am falling asleep at the computer. I think I will call it a night. Yes, I’m feeling OK. Think I’ll take advantage of going to bed early and getting up late.

Are these power outages normal in OZ when there are storms? Do you need generators on hand? Sounds like a lot of storms going through. July is going out strong. -

I am so enjoying the Olympics it beats watching boring Game Shows.
Love these girls they did a great job.
No easy feat and it’s not over yet for them.
I think they are up Sunday and Monday. This should be good and I hope they all win.
We have power so far but 10,000 other people do not have power. I will start debris clean-up
tomorrow. There is a big tree down and some powerlines are under them I hope they are gone
and soon.I know tomorrow is Mom Friday.

Sure hope you have power and are nice and cool in the house. I know exactly how your yard looks after the storm and glad no trees have fallen. Been there, done that so many times.
Big yay for Simone Biles winning gold and Suni Lee bronze this afternoon.
I end up rooting for everyone in gymnastics. I wish the Olympics lasted a whole month.Hope all is calm tonight and the critters aren’t scared. Big hugs to you and Poppy.
